An interview and tests to find out: A recruitment officer receives you to assess your personality, your professional qualities and your background. It verifies that the proposed position meets your aspirations. If necessary, you will be subjected to tests (personality, psychotechnics or profession).

Interviews to decide : The recruiting officer issued a favorable opinion. He receives you for the last interviews with operational managers, to assess your ability to lead the proposed mission. At the end of these interviews, they together make the final decision on recruitment. If the outcome is positive, they offer you a work contract. You sign and join the company.
