Abidjan, Oct. 1, 2020 (AIP)-The gas supplier Simam Côte d'Ivoire won, Monday, September 28, 2020, the gas sector prize at the 5th edition of the quality label for the proper securing of its cylinders in the presence of the Minister of Trade and Industry, Souleymane Diarrassouba.

"We are committed to always provide customers with gas cylinders packaged, well filled in time and especially secure to national standards, "said the sales manager, Nicolas Comoé, noting that Simam has a state-of-the-art filling center regularly audited by the Ministry of Petroleum, Energy and Renewable Energy.

"We are currently in quality process Iso 9001. We are in a quality process so we are aware of the challenges. The safety value is one of the pillars on which we rely to distribute our products," reassured the sales manager.

Training and campaigns are initiated for the managers of Simam depots, which has been established for 15 years in Côte d'Ivoire, and has been operating for five years in the gas sector, working with more than 4,000 dealers in Abidjan and the interior of the country.

The selection criteria for this award were based on the evaluation of the Ethics Committee, notably on the perceived quality of the products or services, innovation and value for money. Consumers also voted for their favorite services on the online voting platform. The general average accepted is at least 16/20 in line with international standards.
